OATS: As tea, steep 2 tsps seed, c. hot water for 10 minutes. Tincture: ½ to 3 tsps. Both as needed.
PASSIONFLOWER: Good for insomnia, one of the strong anti anxiety herbs. Tea: 2 tsps steeped in cup of hot water, taken as needed. Tincture: ½ -3 tsps every 2 hrs. Capsules: follow label directions.
SIBERIAN GINSENG: This herb for anxiety restores overexerted adrenal glands. A great tonic. Effective when taken for weeks or months. Capsules: 8 - 10. Tincture: 20 drops, 1 - 3x daily.
