Great herbal pain remedy Cloves PEPPER: Several species can be consumed. Acts like a general pain reliever, like aspirin. Can also be applied to painful area. Can mix with equal parts vegetable oil & or creams and then apply to skin.

MEADOWSWEET: Useful for relieving abdominal pain.

TURMERIC: Acts as anti-inflammatory. However, the amount in seasoning is not medicinal so take capsules to recommended amount.

WILLOW: Different species have general pain relieving properties. Either white willow or willow bark can be made as a tea. Vary potency & cups per day until you reach levels that are helpful to you.
